  I see all the 1 star reviews are from 8 months to a year ago, or longer. I don't know what was going on then, but I could have wrote such a review 9 months ago. I said I was never coming back. BUT, a friend asked me to meet her for lunch and the service was fantastic and the soup (jalapeno & broccoli?) was to die for. Pier 7 is definitely a do again! Went back tonight and again I was very impressed with the quality of food and service. Thanks to the new management for turning this gem around. It was my children's favorite restaurant and now I'm looking forward to taking them here again.

  Great seafood salad. Excellent Caesar cocktail. Bar needs serious Reno, dark and creepy. Good specials for dailies. Lots of parking. Reservations suggested. New owners and chef in March, in fact the owner is the chef. :)
